Luna & Brina

Luna & Brina adopted by Jacquelyn on 08/15/2015
I adopted Luna and Brina (formerly Sugar and Spice) from the DFW Humane Society during their “Clear the Shelters” event in August of 2015. As you can see, they have settled in nicely; practically making themselves right at home from the moment their carrier doors were opened. This is a picture of them with/on their Christmas present. Having just turned 2 years old, they are still very “kitten-ish”. Every morning, between the hours of 6:00 am and 8:00 am, they can be found racing through the house at top speed! After that, it’s bath time; where they take turns washing each other and then themselves (trust issues – they don’t believe the other can clean as well as them? LOL). Then, it’s naptime for the rest of the day. Playtime begins again after us humans eat dinner; where they will chase the red dot for as long as it takes to catch it (they never have though!). We love these two knuckleheads and couldn’t imagine our lives without them! :)
