For every one of these friends with whom you have shared a home or special relationship, there are many in our neighborhoods that have never known the joy of being loved, cared for and protected.

Since 1967, the dedication of our members and volunteers helps us make the world safer and better for animals less fortunate than those with caring families. Because our shelter is run solely on private donations, we need people who are concerned about the welfare of animals to join our growing ranks.
